Return Policy
1. Returns coverage
1.1 Customers need to make sure the item requesting for return is within 7 days upon received.
1.2 Categories that do not allow for returns

All lingerie, swimsuit

Digital goods
2. Condition for returns
The product is in
-
original condition, tags, any other accessories shall be intact,
-
original packaging, i.e. product/parcel packaging used to protect product during transportation, and
-
is not been used, i.e. unworn, unwashed, etc
3. Process in returns
3.1 Contact SingaMall via email to initiate a return
3.2 In your email, indicate
a. The order number
b. Item description
c. Reasons for return, either
c1. Received the wrong item
c2. Damaged/faulty item
c3. Missing accessory
c4. Item doesn’t match description/pictures
c5. You do not need the item anymore
4. Return charges
For clauses 3.2c1 to 3.2c4, there will be no return charges, subject to approval by SingaMall.
For clause 3.2c5, there will be return charges of SGD25 bearable by the customer.
5. Refund
The purchased price of the returned products will be refunded to the customer via his/her payment mode. The delivery charges/administration fees, if any, will not be refunded.
